·       Research and resolve tickets in Jira/ServiceNow.

·       Identify and coordinate the resolution of technical issues on assigned applications.

·       Monitor applications stability and functionality to ensure significant up-time and reliability.

·       Assist in creating support procedures for off-shore and on-shore support resources.

·       Responsible for timely detection of system outages, related diagnostic triage and correction / escalation as per established runbook.

·       Assist with escalations of issues to 3rd level resources including developers and vendor support resources.

·       Work within the Applications Support team to ensure East to West Coast coverage during TLC (Client Logistic Center) operating hours.
