- Successfully manage a variety of IT projects using project management best practices for flawless execution of projects delivered on-time, in full and within budget
- Responsible for managing projects from preparation, blueprint, realization, final preparation to go live.
- Build and foster effective relationships between the Business, IT and any 3rd party vendors
- Lead and facilitate project teams through complex brainstorming, requirements gathering, workshop sessions
- Develop and maintains project documentation
- Organize and motivate the project team while maintaining project schedule and overall progress and performance
- Manages project governance & cadence through the project lifecycle to enable the project team to deliver on requirements
- Manages and use appropriate verification techniques and escalates changes, risks and issues (CRI) throughout project lifecycle
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Provide necessary updates to the project sponsor, project champion, project steering committee and other identified key stakeholders
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience with a strong background in IT project management.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in SAP ECC Implementations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
Technical Knowledge/Skills Needed:
- Experience working with project management tools: Planview, ProjectPlace, Microsoft office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Ability to lead and facilitate project teams through complex requirement and brainstorming sessions following ASAP Methodology
- Demonstrated ability to manage several projects of various sizes and complexity at the same time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- End to End SAP implementation experience with delivering an IT Related change in support of harmonizing business processes
- Lead the new implementation through the definition and validation of requirements for (FICO) financial transactions.
- Manage overall SRM project timeline ensuring against any cross-release potential conflicts, while leveraging similar testing cycles, outages etc.
