UX Designer

Client: GENPACT

Location: Milwaukee County Research,Wauwatosa,WI  

UX Design tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision
• Experience with Edison Design System is a big advantage.
• Ability to conduct user/persona discovery independently. Should have conducted similar sessions before with end users
• Strength in user interviews and empathy mapping

Has profound knowledge on the Interaction Design and has applied the same in multiple projects (preferably in GE HC, GE businesses, or similar orgs)
• Think beyond theory and frameworks. Should be able to take the idea to create UX screens to solve the users’ problems.
• Ability to think at an overall product level and not be myopic on features
• Must be hands-on
