- 8+ years of experience with BI Development; dashboards, reports, and metadata layer, using Power BI
- 8+ years of experience working with Business stakeholders or executives to translate Business needs into data visualizations
- 8+ years of experience writing SQL or using SQL generation tools to extract and model data for reporting
- 5+ years of (re)insurance domain experience
- 2+ years of experience building data pipelines
- Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
- Experience in data science or predictive modeling a plus
- Certification in Insurance field is a plus
