Job Description

Role : Business Analyst

Location : Woodlandhills , USA

Client: Mphasis/AIG

 

Need Candidate  with Insurance & preferably Annuities skills. ALIP system knowledge is a very good experience to have.

 

Who are we looking for?

Looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has excellent written and oral communication skills. Any experience in Insurance domain (Annuities) will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:

· Should have knowledge/ experience of Insurance business preferably Annuities.

· Should have experience with data analysis, expert in querying databases (SQL) & creating Data Design documents.  

· Should be able to take Business requirements and convert it to a Technical document specifically figuring out the data elements required.

· Should be able to collaborate fluently with Business partners, Vendors & Technical teams.

Process Skills:

· Capable of analyzing requirements and drafting requirements.

· Understands SDLC and adhere to project defined processes.

Behavioral Skills :

· Can articulate the requirements and functionality to stake holders (Business & Development team)

Qualification:

· 6+ year’s experience as a seasoned Business Analyst handling large and complex requirements

· Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify current business requirements and create current state diagrams (data flows, integrations, etc.)

· Experience in waterfall and Agile methodologies

· Experience working through SDLC

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.  Ability to translate ideas and business requirements into business solutions

· Individual Annuities Insurance knowledge – a plus

· Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
