There are two different experience levels we’re looking for, so please see below for rates:
· Sr. ServiceNow Developers:
o Must have 8+ years ServiceNow Development experience
· 2 ServiceNow Developers:
o Must have 5+ years ServiceNow Development experience
About the roles: The Service Management Team has an enterprise-wide project where they’re consolidating all of their ServiceNow instances into a single instance (Greenfield Solution). Specifically, within the ServiceNow HR Module, they are in the process of implementing their Enterprise Onboarding module which is an extension of ServiceNow HR. The Onboarding module will simply their onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding activities into a singular location for a better user experience.
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer (experience w/ consolidations, preferred) in a large enterprise environment
· 3+ years hands on development experience with the following modules: Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) and Enterprise Onboarding
o Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies
· Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday using Webservices APIs (REST/SOAP)
· Knowledge and experience with Web services integration methods - JSON, REST and SOAP
· Advanced ServiceNow technical skills in the following: UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Performance Analytics, inbound email actions, Reporting & Dashboards, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets
· Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, HTML or Jelly scripting experience in ServiceNow
· Strong knowledge of web technologies including API's / CSS / XML / HTML / Webservices
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Developer Certification
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -- HR (CIS-HR)
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
· Experience with Installing, Configuring, Coding and Integrating the Performance Analytics Application of ServiceNow
Responsibilities:
· Develop and drive critical, strategic components of the Digital Workplace transformation across the enterprise – these include but are not limited to End User optimization workstream, focusing on insourcing and enhancing improving the employee onboarding process for Human Resources.
· Assist with the design, development and implementation of the HR Service Delivery module including Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Employee Document Management, Chat and Search
· Develop needed integrations to support HRSD Onboarding
· Develop solutions with user-facing technology including Service Portal, Service Catalog, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Forms, Lists, Notifications, and Workspace
· Oversee the performance and execution of multiple HRSD processes within ServiceNow
