KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY :

- Take overall responsibility for the success of the service / product

- Analyse market trends and service/product usage data, and assess market competition

- Prepare sales enablement content, working with marketing

- Collect feedback from clients and users, working closely with sales teams

- Build client success stories

- Connect with technology or other partners relevant to the service or product

- Establish a vision for the service / product
