- Extensive ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Data analytics, reporting and building dashboards
- Thorough attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Experience doing analytical work, preferably in support of IT operational efficiency continuous improvement efforts
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL and reporting tools
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow reporting or analytics experience
- 3+ years of IT Service Management or IT Operations work experience
- ServiceNow Admin Certification preferred
