Training Development:
To ensure that you learn our business subject, our services online product and practical job tactics to your best abilities during the training of 7 days upon joining.

Responsibilities Deliverables:
To contact potential prospects, introduce our organizations, yourself, our services and online product we offer to business enterprises.
To ensure that you convince the unique benefits of our services and conveniences of our online product.
To ensure that each call of yours is quite convincing for the achievement of sales.
To ensure that you adhere to the call quality, daily calls target and daily, weekly monthly sales targets.
To ensure that you analyse potentiality and collect B2B data individually to produce potential results.

Your Daily Call Target:

To ensure that proper script and quality standards are maintained in each call you make.
To chase 84 Effective Calls per Day as your Daily Call Target. To ensure that above 90% of the Call Target; that is minimum 75 Calls per Day are definitely achieved by you on any given day.
During the On-Job-Training conducted in the 1st month of your appointment and during the 2nd month of joining, ensure that you make maximum Fresh Calls . To ensure that within the initial 2 Months you achieve the highest number of prospects (sales leads).
From 3rd Month of joining, to ensure that you are making 20 Fresh Calls and 64 Follow Up Calls per Day.

Your Daily Monthly Sales Targets:
You shall focus to achieve a minimum Daily Target of 3 Units per Day average.
Your Individual Monthly Sales Target is 35 Units as an Executive- Knowledge Process.
